Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SafariKenya and booking our tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept payments via M-Pesa and major credit cards. All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars (USD) as specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested via the user dashboard. Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • 30+ days before travel: 90% refund.
  • 14-29 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days: No refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, IDs). SafariKenya is not liable for denied entry to parks or hotels due to lack of documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

SafariKenya acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
